Binjang Services
At Binjang Tea, our services go beyond the brew. Through heartfelt guest speaking and immersive workshops, we share cultural learnings, personal stories, and the wisdom of Country to inspire deeper understanding and connection. Whether in schools, workplaces, or community spaces, we invite you to walk with us - towards respectful, shared learning and cultural awareness.
Binjang Tea ‘Culture in a Cup’ workshop is a powerful and immersive 4-hour experience that shares Cultural conversations, wellbeing, and tea blending.
Created to spark curiosity and connection, this workshop invites participants to engage with the healing properties of native plants and flowers through tea, while exploring cultural stories in a safe, inclusive space.
Led by the dynamic duo, Megan and Nadine of Binjang Tea - ‘Australia’s Signature Indigenous Tea’ - this workshop encourages participants to slow down, connect, and listen to the stories carried in each leaf. Each person creates their own meaningful blend to take home, leaving with more than tea - a personal blend steeped in meaning and memory.
Perfect for workplaces, schools, community groups, and corporate, Culture in a Cup supports Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments, builds cultural capability, and fosters meaningful engagement with First Nations knowledge systems.
This isn’t just a workshop - it’s a cultural, sensory and transformative journey of learning, and storytelling with ‘Yindyamarra’.
Megan is a proud Wiradjuri woman, born and raised in the beautiful town of Wellington, NSW. With over 25 years dedicated to Aboriginal health, she brings a deep passion and unwavering commitment to her people, walking the path of both advocate and lifelong learner; guided by the wisdom of her ancestors, the strength of community, and a deep respect for the land.

Her leadership, grounded in heart and integrity, spans both government and community, where she champions culturally safe, community-driven change.
